The room was stylish and reasonably large, especially an exceptional view from the window. It was in a central location, in one area which probably could have been easily fixed. A few times I ate at The Restaurant at Drakes, located at a moderate distance from the 

Charming small and fairly clean place, attentive and very helpful staff with the duty managers. Sensational breakfast selection for all tastes with smoked salmon.

Great little room with luxurious bathroom.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a communal lounge area, near to a cafe half a mile away which did n't open til after 8 am, center of Brighton and central Brighton with pleanty of on street parking. The 

I have stayed here before, and it is still a very nice experience. Staff is extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating and you can park your car on street. The room is fashionable, with comfy bed and amazing view.  

Air-conditioned and high-class rooms, pleasant views of the sea. Facilities - climate control, a lounge area, and coffee. Central location, good choice for discovering Brighton. Again, walking distance to a distinctive Asian - style palace.  

In overall, the place is nicely decorated, has attentive and excellent staff on shift. The setting is incredible, really close to central Brighton with pleanty of on street parking, the main bars / shops, and a lovely cafe, communal 

The location was magnificent and perfect because it was close to the shops and ocean and the train station and location nightclubs and bars. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Curry Leaf Cafe 

Booked double room, that was provided with better value given the limitations above, the shower and nice decor. The location was marvellous and fab for walking around a restored Regency garden.

Well, there was no reception.

They provided a sensational continental breakfast on site. The hotel was in a marvellous location, right on the seafront. Café The Corner located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It has excellent setting near the beachfront. All in all they offer incredible service.

Truly enjoyed our well-appointed room with a garden view and the Victorian-style building. The location was comfortable and easy - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The property was quaint with attentive and excellent staff on shift, I truly enjoyed the stay. The continental breakfast had a wide array of choices. The location in one area which probably could have been easily fixed was magnificent. I had lunch 

Central location was a plus. Also, The Lanes was 1 km away, I could even walk there. Comforts of lovely modern and high-class double room with great features where fabulous.

Overall wonderful small and unique hotel, high quality meals.

Clean place & amicable staff on shift. A lot of great breakfast options. Very well appointed building and rooms with breakfast.
